How to get started with Gluten-Free Diet?
1) Schedule an appointment with a dietitian or nutritionist. There is no point in starting a Diet if you are not sensitive to gluten. They will help you figure out if this diet is ideal for you.

2) Restock your kitchen & pantry so that there are no signs of gluten anywhere. Even a bag of wheat flour sitting next to your rice can cross-contaminate it with gluten. If you live with others who are not allergic to Gluten, you are going to explain to them all the reasons behind it and what can affect your health. Learning to prevent cross-contamination is key to maintaining a gluten-free diet. This means separating gluten-free products from others items in your panty and washing all cooking surfaces before preparing gluten-free foods.
3) Figure out gluten alternative foods and you are going to use to replace those lost calories, vitamins and minerals.

4) Familiarize yourself with what you can and can`t eat. Check food labels for gluten-containing ingredients thoroughly, because they can be very sneaky sometimes. Believe me, I know it from my own experience as a person who is also allergic to Gluten itself.
5)Plan out what you are going to eat weekly and buy groceries for the whole week. Be sure to avoid processed foods, regardless of gluten content. Not only are the more expensive, but they contain extra calories.
6) Eating good is an absence for Longevity, I don`t need to remind that. And of course, don`t forget to exercise
