Are you, Endomorph, Mesomorph or Ectomorph Type of person?
Before you start working out, you should really know your Body type. This kind of knowledge would spare you a lot of time in which you would definitely reach your GOALS in a shorter period of time.The time that we always seem to be lacking off.

-Endomorph Type of Body: Known as Tall with a huge BMI.Such people from the evolutionary point of view had seemed to be having problems with metabolism, who preferred to store all the body fat and making it even harder to get ride off.There is mostly huge kind of persons, well rounded and they have the tendency as I said before to store fat and not be able to use it as an Energy consumption. Such People Should train with High Intensity, reduce their Carbohydrate intake and consumption of Sugar.
-Mesomorph Type of Body: Are genetically advanced, but they can even achieve enormously good results with a proper Training Program.They look very Athetic, without having any difficulties on building Muscle, but they can also easily gain on Bodyweight if there are not on a proper Diet or Exercise regime. Metabolism is perfectly fine and such as they should be trained on compounding those FTF ( Fast Twitch Fibers). On the other hand, things that should be considered is also their On/Off working days and that every single Program should be based on the Personal goal.
-Ectomorph Type of Body: Are mostly people who are having problems on Gaining some weight.That is because their body is having are lacking on a certain Protein called ``Myogenin``.Protein, whose role is to maintain a Protein equilibrium in our Body.Those people should be training in supersets.Compounding exercises Drills and as much as possible during the week.They must take care also on a Protein and Carbs intake, otherwise, results are not going to be maintainable on a long run.
