First, take a good look at this six workouts that you should be doing in one week period.Then decide on how many Sets are you willing to take per workout.It is Important to stay consistent and to do each exercise in this order with less to no break in between exercises, to complete it on the way how it is spouse to be done.After each Set, there Is a 2-minute Break and if you choose to do a worm up an cooldown also included( which is totally up to you to choose what would you like to do), will take you out of the Gym in one hour.The goal is of course to increase the intensity and volume threw the time, but such a Program will definitely give you a solid foundation in any sense of getting the Body you always wanted to have.
